Just 24 hours after The 7th Annual Square Go!, the stars of ICW will host the second half of their double header from The O2 ABC in Glasgow for what they have promised will be the biggest Fight Club taping ever. Judging by the announced matches, as well as the return of an ICW original, it’s hard to disagree!

ICW World Heavyweight Championship
BT Gunn/Bram (c) vs Jack Jester/James Storm

The World Heavyweight Championship will be on the line on Monday night, but the champion and challenger are yet to be confirmed. BT Gunn and Bram will collide for the Undisputed Championship at The Square Go!, whereas Jack Jester and James Storm will compete in a Falls Count Anywhere Match with the winner earning the right to challenge for the title 24 hours after. However, the winner of The Square Go! may have something to say about this match as well. Could we see the briefcase cashed in just one day after?

ICW Women’s Championship
Kasey/Martina (c) vs Viper

The Women’s Championship will also be defended on Monday night, as Viper is set to challenge the winner of the championship match the night before between Kasey and Martina. Viper became the inaugural Women’s Champion back in November 2015 but lost it just a few weeks later to Carmel Jacob. Since then, The Vixen of Violence has been chasing the title with little success. However, she has been successful elsewhere in the world, with her participation in the WWE Mae Young Classic and several tours of Japan proving that. Her opponent will be either Kasey or Martina. With those two having to face off 24 hours prior, it’s likely they’ll soften each other up, possibly giving Viper an easier victory.

DCT w/Coach Trip vs Joseph Conners

A rematch from the last set of Fight Club tapings takes place on Monday as DCT takes on WWE United Kingdom Championship Tournament competitor Joseph Conners. After picking up the victory in their previous encounter last month, Conners spat on DCT. Seeing this as a sign of disrespect, The International Sex Hero was able to get a rematch signed from ICW management. Conners is known for his vicious side in the ring and is sure to bring it out this Monday with the hope of picking up a second victory over DCT.

Kid Fite vs Jordan Devlin

The leader of The Fite Network (or Pure Dead Brilliant for you 5 Star Wrestling fans) Kid Fite will be in action on Monday night as he faces another competitor from the WWE’s UK Championship Tournament in the form of Jordan Devlin. Fite has been a staple in ICW since their early days, having won the Tag Team Championships alongside Sha Samuels and being the only person to appear at all 10 Fear & Loathing events. A match against Jordan Devlin is sure to be a thing of beauty. Both men are doing fantastic stuff at the moment, with Fite appearing on TV as part of the 5 Star Wrestling roster and Devlin being the reigning and inaugural OTT World Champion. This will surely be a fantastic match and certainly one to keep your eyes on.

Wolfgang vs Big Grizzly

“The Regulator” Wolfgang will be in singles action on Monday as he goes up against Big Grizzly. Wolfgang has had an incredible time over the past year, making it to the semifinals of the WWE UK Championship Tournament and debuting for a few new companies, including Fight Club: PRO and PROGRESS Wrestling. Big Grizzly last appeared for ICW on the Cardiff portion of the Road to Fear & Loathing tour, losing to The Filthy Generation’s Stevie Boy. I’ve not heard much about the Welshman, but this seems like it will be a big powerhouse collision.

Jody Fleisch vs Mikey Whiplash

The last match signed for Monday’s show will see “The Phoenix” Jody Fleisch taking on Legion’s Mikey Whiplash. Fleisch made a return to ICW at Shug’s Hoose Party last July, putting on fantastic performances against Super Crazy and Aaron Echo. ICW management took notice of this and have constantly booked the British wrestling legend ever since, with further outstanding performances against the likes of BT Gunn and Stevie Boy. While Fleisch has been putting on showstealing performances, Mikey Whiplash has been involved in a four way rivalry against Chris Renfrew, Stevie Boy and Jimmy Havoc. After being pinned in The King of Insanity Deathmatch at Fear & Loathing X (only after a Glasgow Destroyer off a ladder through a table below!), The Necromancer got back to winning ways at a recent Fight Club taping in a phenomenal contest with Jordan Devlin. Who knows, maybe one of these men could be walking in to the match as the winner of The Square Go!

Also on this night, ICW founder Mark Dallas will be inducting the first ever ICW World Heavyweight Champion and current NXT superstar Drew McIntyre as the second inductee in to the ICW Hall of Fame. With Drew currently out of action with an arm injury, it means he’ll be able to be in attendance to accept the award.

Tickets are still available for the event, and can be bought from www.ticketmaster.co.uk.
