Following two massive shows in as many weeks, WrestleZone return to Huntly’s Stewarts Hall this Saturday evening for another action-packed night of action. The company are coming off the back of two major announcements, as BT Gunn is set to return next month and Aberdeen Anarchy has been announced for June 1st 2019 at the Beach Leisure Centre. There’s plenty of time between now and then however, and so everyone will be out to book their spot on the card for the next instalment of Aberdeen Anarchy!

Undisputed WrestleZone Championship
Crusher Craib vs Damien (c)

Crusher Craib aims to tie Damien’s record on Saturday as he goes for his third Undisputed Championship. The Creator of Carnage has been a bit busy for the last year in a bit dealing with arch-rival Scotty Swift, beating him on three separate occasions this year. Even the dissolution of Sterling Oil, it hasn’t set Crusher off track as he’s remained focused and even more determined than before. It’s this sort of mean streak that could very well give the man his next reign with the Undisputed Championship. Damien won’t be looking to give up that easily however, a trait we’ve come to expect from The Revolutionary since he turned his back on Sterling Oil at Battle of the Nations 2017. It’s exactly the reason fans are behind him as much as they are. Both men are currently scheduled to make their ICW debuts at Granite City Fight Club on November 25th, Crusher against Lionheart and Damien alongside The Purge to face Sugar Dunkerton and The Kings of Catch. A bit of momentum-building here ahead of that huge night for them.

The Outfit (Dino Del Monte & Ted O’Keefe) vs The Rejected (Chris Archer & Mikkey Vago)

The Outfit and The Rejected are currently 1-1 in tag team action, with the newcomers earning a surprise victory in Turriff – albeit thanks to the interference of Aspen Faith – while The Rejected tied the score with a retention of the Tag Team Championships a few weeks later in Inverurie. Now that they’re without the gold however, Chris Archer and Mikkey Vago are on the same page as Dino Del Monte and Ted O’Keefe in the sense that they’re both aiming to capture those titles. I’ve mentioned it in an abundance of articles since they debuted that The Outfit have all the potential needed to be champions, and I wholeheartedly believe they’ll have done so by the end of 2019. Another win over an established team like Archer and Vago would put them in the running to challenge The Kings of Catch.

Mr P vs Bradley Evans

Following his surprise return at Halloween Hijinx, Mr P returns to action against the man who betrayed him at Aberdeen Anarchy X, Bradley Evans. P and Evans had formed a little alliance in the weeks leading in to the Beach Ballroom supershow, a move that aggravated Evans’ old pal Zach Dynamite seeing as he was also in the same match. Little did Mr P know however, Zach and Bradley had a plan that resulted in Evans delivering a TKO to his now-former friend and essentially hand the Tri-Counties Championship to Fully Loaded. After disappearing for just under two months, the former two-time Tag Team Champion made a surprise comeback at the Kincorth Community Centre to a rapturous ovation as he made his intentions crystal clear – he wants the Tri-Counties Championship. First off though, he needs to get past Bradley Evans and regain his Scottish flag. P has plenty of pent-up frustration to let out so for anyone heading out to Huntly, watch yourselves around ringside during this one.

Blue Thunder vs Alan Sterling

An unfortunate injury forced Alan Sterling to pull out of his scheduled match with Lionheart last Saturday, but he’s now set to return in Huntly as he takes on Blue Thunder. A loss to Cysto in Balmedie (Alan’s first appearance since the breakup of Sterling Oil) forced the multi-time Tag Team Champion to head to the WrestleZone Training Academy in search of a new bodyguard. Who did he find? Caleb Valhalla, a big Thor-looking trainee. It’s this new relationship that led Alan to a victory over Kaden Garrick at Halloween Hijinx, even if he was holding Kaden’s trunks during the pin. I would say he’s got a tough task ahead of him in Blue Thunder, but does he really? The Masked Wonder is mainly used as fodder to other stars these days but can occasionally be quite sneaky as we saw at the recent charity show, almost scooping a rollup victory over Crusher Craib. He took two boots to the head for his troubles, leaving him now wide open for the picking. Never forget – it’s All About Alan!

Kaden Garrick vs Ryan Riley

A battle between two impressive training academy graduates sees Kaden Garrick taking on Ryan Riley. Following his surprise return in March’s Regal Rumble Match, Garrick hasn’t been on the best run of his career. Sure, he speared plenty folk in the Rumble and defeated Lord Michael of Graham (all hail) in record time at Proving Grounds but apart from that, he’s been defeated time and time again. Crusher Craib, Jason Reed, Damien, Alan Sterling, you name it. He comes against the most recent graduate tomorrow night. Ryan Riley is one to keep your eyes on in my opinion, he has all the tools required to make it and I don’t see any reason as to why he won’t. Will he leave his inspiration on Huntly, or will he take a spear for his troubles? Both, probably…

Zach Dynamite vs Cysto

Darn you Cysto! That’s two victories now, one against Alan Sterling and now against Bradley Evans too. Although Zach Dynamite is the reigning Tri-Counties Champion, this match is being promoted as a non-title bout. If the title does indeed end up being on the line and Cysto comes out on top, there will be fumes rising from me. Writing that, it takes me back to last year where the Tri-Counties Championship did actually change hands in Huntly as Zach defeated Aspen Faith. Sure, sometimes things are just as good the second time round, such as Shawn Michaels vs The Undertaker and Kazuchika Okada vs Kenny Omega. But #CystoOneBelt? No. Not at all. In the wise words of Chief Deputy Dunne, there will be no funahhh in Huntly!

Tickets are available from http://www.ringsideworld.co.uk, priced £12 for adults, £10 for under 14s, and £35 for an online-exclusive family of four ticket. Fans can also pay at the door on the night. Doors open at 7pm, with the action kicking off at 7:30.
